The series boiler adopts the upper and lower two parts of the field assembly, the type A layout structure. The upper large part is the body structure, the lower body is the burning equipment (chain grate). After the construction of the lower furnace wall, the installation of the main engine will be completed. The installation is convenient, the boiler single layer layout, the structure is compact, the overall performance is better. A brief introduction to the series of boilers:

1. up boiler drum →Front water cooling wall down pipe→from collection box→from water wall→up boiler drum

2. up boiler drum→ downward convection pipes of the front downcomer →down boiler daim→the connection pipe of  the left and right collection box and down boiler drum→left and right collection box→left and right water wall tube

3. Up boiler drum→downward convection pipes→down boiler drum→upward convection pipes→up boiler drum

Overall boiler water circulation loop is simple, clear, especially every loop of the water wall tube has a unique collection box and the drop tube.This can guarantee the reliable water supply to the water loop, and the water cycle loop is high enough to supply enough power for the steam,hot water boiler.All these can guarantee the safety run of the boiler.
